We now have the opportunity to join us as a Property Management Specialist. This role will play a key part in ensuring our Group property portfolio is well‑run, compliant and efficient. It will be responsible for interpreting complex leases, managing finance and service charges end‑to‑end, and resolving day‑to‑day estate issues, the role holder will keep our sites safe, operational, and aligned with all contractual and regulatory lease requirements. Working closely with landlords, managing agents and colleagues across Finance, Legal and Property, the person in post will resolve queries quickly, oversee core financial processes and ensure full compliance with our lease terms, including managing EPC and MEES standards. Highly organised and adaptable, they will balance planned work with fast‑moving operational priorities. The role provides comprehensive support across lease compliance, service charges, rent and rates, insurance and wider estate management. As a trusted subject‑matter expert, the role holder will build strong relationships, influence landlord compliance and confidently navigate evolving internal and external expectations. This role can operate from either our Head Office campus in Binley, Coventry or our Manchester office but as a Group role, travel to both locations will be required. You may also need to travel to branch locations as and when needed. A team-led hybrid working arrangement is in place.
