A leading international law firm, is looking for a Credit Controller to join their well-established team in London. This is a key role within the firm’s finance team, ensuring smooth collections, accurate client billing and strong financial controls that ensure the firm’s financial operations run smoothly.
The Role
As a Credit Controller, you will:
* Manage collections of outstanding invoices, engaging proactively with clients to resolve queries and secure timely payment.
* Monitor aged debt, escalate risks to partners and fee earners and negotiate payment arrangements when required.
* Handle invoice submissions across e-billing platforms, resolve rejections and ensure compliance with client billing requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including revenue control and finance, to maintain accurate records and improve cashflow processes.
About You
* Experience in a credit or revenue control role within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Familiarity with billing systems such as 3E and e-billing platforms is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
