SEN Teaching Assistant - East Leeds
Full-Time | Secondary School | Immediate Start
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the East Leeds area to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support with behaviour management and emotional regulationRequirements:
Experience working with SEN students (school-based preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
