A bit about the job: This role exists to accelerate Aviva's Agile transformation journey and build Agile maturity across the organisation. You'll be joining the Agile Delivery Services team, working closely with CIO and change stakeholders to embed Agile principles and practices. You'll coach individuals and teams, support programme and portfolio delivery, and help shape an environment where Agile can thrive. Your work will directly influence how Aviva delivers value to customers. Skills and experience we're looking for: Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices, with experience applying them in complex environments Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams at all levels Experience supporting Agile delivery across programmes, portfolios, and governance structures Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to assess Agile maturity and recommend practical improvements What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
