Our client, a prominent organization in the region, is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology, based in Riyadh, KSA.
This individual contributor role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and build strong external talent pipelines.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Over 7 years of specialized experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, including more than 3 years focused on digital and Technology hiring.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully filling Digital / Technology roles across various levels.
