Hays Education is working with an excellent secondary school in Ormskirk to recruit a committed and inspiring Science teacher to join their department. This long-term role is to start after Easter, and will run through into the next academic year. Your new roleThe school is seeking a teacher who can deliver science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering respect, open discussion, and critical thinking. You will be joining a supportive team with strong leadership and a collaborative culture. What you'll need to succeed
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in science studies.
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
