Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for our local authority and occupational therapist customers, their clients, and directly the end-users of our products. The role requires the management of a shared inbox, appointment booking and both inbound/ outbound calls from all aspects of the business.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: Competitive basic (DOE) + Bonus

Hours: Full time, general office hours

Location: Stockton-on -Tees

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure one call resolution by providing an excellent service to our customers, avoiding further calls into the business.

* To receive incoming calls from Occupational Therapists, working for a local authority, and offer guidance and assistance – often leading to scheduling an appointment between one of our surveyors and their client.

* To plan, organise and keep up to date several diaries for companies sales force, liaising between the end-user, occupational therapist and surveyor - providing efficient planning to allow the business to achieve our service level agreements with local authorities.

* To co-manage the shared inbox and direct sales enquiries to ensure a quick response time - ranging from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the query.

* To receive incoming phone calls and to offer guidance on our products and services.

* To accurately input or update all information onto companies CRM’s for any changes to survey times.

* To create follow up appointments using companies bespoke CRM system.

* To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Marketing Manager.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

* Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator role

* Confident speaking to clients via telephone and emails

* Confident managing busy diaries

* Experience using a customer relationship management system

* Above-average knowledge of MS Office

* Be a team player with the ability to learn quickly
