Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
* Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.
* Manage inventory levels and assist in food production planning to meet customer demand.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with management to implement new strategies for improving service quality.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
* Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management.
* Background in restaurant or hospitality environments is essential.

* Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.
* Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen equipment operation is advantageous.
