2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Milton Keynes - (£28K-£32K)
Note: Previous IT experience within Schools is an absolute essential for this role. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
A 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with good working knowledge of Windows server, Offfice 365, and general network troubleshooting is required to join a close-knit MSP to support their school-based clients. DBS checks will be undertaken before starting this role.
This 2nd Line IT Support Engineer is an autonomous, flexible role which varies of meeting day-to-day client needs in person, whilst being remotely supporting by the wider team from the head office. No two days are the same, visiting different sites mainly around Milton Keynes.
Key Skills Required:
* Previous escalation IT Support within the Education industry (essential)
* Windows Server administration & troubleshooting
* Office 365 Admin, Exchange
* Active Directory
* General networking troubleshooting - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Mobile device support - iOS/Android
* Full UK Drivers licence is essential
