Role Summary The clinic provides adult ADHD and Autism assessments and is preparing for Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) registration. The role requires a qualified healthcare professional who can manage clinic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clinical work. Responsibilities • Serve as the Registered Manager with Healthcare Improvement Scotland • Maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness • Manage safeguarding, complaints, incidents, and governance logs • Oversee administrative staff performance and support clinical scheduling • Maintain staff files including registration, insurance, and training • Coordinate governance meetings and monitor action completion • Handle client complaints and feedback • Monitor KPIs and support service improvements • Conduct ADHD and/or Autism assessments • If qualified, deliver medication initiations and reviews • Provide clinical input into diagnostic decision-making Requirements • Current professional registration (example: NMC for Nurse Prescribers) • Experience in ADHD or Autism assessment and/or prescribing • Leadership or governance experience in healthcare • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIS or CQC) • Strong organisational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in private healthcare settings • Knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment Benefits • Part-time work with flexible scheduling • Pro-rated salary based on £70,000 FTE • Remote working environment • Opportunity to influence clinic operations and service quality
