Your role as Customer Relations Advisor
* Handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary.
* Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records.
* Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and be aware of data protection legislation.
