As our business looks todeliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we’re looking for an organisedand proactive Maintenance Planner / Support Coordinator to support ourmaintenance team on a busy chemical manufacturing site. This is a hands‑onsupport role covering purchasing, stores administration, contractorcoordination, and safety documentation review. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Team and other site teamsto help keep our site running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard ofquality.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* A relatable qualification at level 3 or above.
* Experience in purchasing, stores, or maintenance support.
* A safety‑focused mindset with good attention to detail.
* Proficiency with IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel or other digital tools for stock control or maintenance management.
* Understanding of manufacturing or engineering environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage purchasing of materials, spares, and services.
* Oversee maintenance stores and stock control.
* Coordinate contractor activities and site access.
* Review risk assessments and support safe working practices.
* Provide administration support to maintenance planning and daily operations.
