Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer’s preference, our team talks with customers daily to learn their needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle and values, including ethically sourced ingredients through Community Trade programmes.
Responsibilities
* Offer expert advice to customers and provide inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
* Learn the products, their origins, and engage with customers to propose ranges that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
* Support store management in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
What We Look For
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience is ideal.
* Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
