Graphic Designer - Warwick - Hybrid working (3 days per week on site)

As a Graphic Designer based in Warwick, youll be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality design and artwork across digital, print, and social media, aligned with Wolseley brand standards.
Interpreting briefs confidently, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify needs and proposing creative solutions.
Supporting the Studio Manager in maintaining best practices.
Juggling multiple projects effectively, flagging risks and helping colleagues meet deadlines.
Contributing to the development of image libraries, branding assets, and creative direction.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
And heres what wed like you to have:
Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must. Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, Figma, or other AI tools is a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate their creative vision, concepts, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal teams.
A can do approach to collaboration, accepting and understanding feedback and how to turn that feedback into actionable solutions.
Ability to support the Studio Manager in mentoring less-experienced members of the team and helping guide them creatively.
Experience creating print-ready artwork with a high degree of accuracy and strong proofing skills.
