We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools in the St Helens & Newton Le Willows area on a temporary basis starting in September & beginning of October. If you are passionate about supporting children's learning and development, this position could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects and age groups
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
* Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive learning environments
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Work flexibly across different schools and year groups
What you'll need to succeed
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Previous experience working with children
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
* DBS
* Full right to work in the UK
