Job Description:
A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Payroll Administrator at the CSA office in Llanelli.
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Friday (hours can be discussed).
Hourly rate: £11.00 per hour
The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Manager and work as part of a team to support the payroll process, including:
1. Processing new starters on SAGE payroll
2. Handling employment changes and contract variations
3. Maintaining employee personnel files, archiving leavers, and data cleansing in line with the Data Protection Act
4. Assisting with Auto enrollment pension scheme administration
5. Responding to worker queries
6. Preparing timesheets from clock-in reports or other sources for authorization
7. Performing other ad hoc duties as requested by the payroll manager
The ideal candidate MUST have:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. High attention to detail and accuracy
3. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
4. Professional manner and confidentiality
Experience with SAGE payroll is advantageous but not essential as full training can be provided.
