Job Description
* Manage and maintain client accounts within the EMEA region to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities for EMEA region.
* Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
* Liaise with internal teams and external auditors as required.
* Assist with process improvements and system updates.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Executive EMEA (Temp) should have:
* Proven experience in customer service or account management within a professional setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
* Knowledge or experience in the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.
You need to be happy to commit to this 12 - 15 month temporary role and are likely to be a car driver as public transport does not go close to the office.
