* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
* Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
* Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Basic food handling and safety knowledge
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
* Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
* Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
