We are looking for three Engineers to join our growing Buckingham site.
Shift Schedule
* 3 weeks – 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
* 1 week – 14:00 – 00:00, Monday to Thursday
* On a rotating basis
One role to start as soon as possible; the other two in July 2025.
Your Mission
As an Engineer, your mission is to ensure the factory's operational safety and efficiency, achieve the required availability, and contribute to reducing production costs. You will support factory performance and the implementation of continuous improvement programs towards Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and food safety standards (HACCP, PRP, BRC, FDA, Halal, Kosher, allergens)
* Support and implement instructions from the Process Improvement or Engineering Manager
* Act as deputy for the Engineering Manager
* Maintain compliance with Quality, HACCP, and Food Hygiene policies
* Promote safety and ensure adherence to health & safety legislation
* Implement work practice improvements using Manufacturing Excellence techniques
* Align maintenance with production and asset strategies, logistics, and regulations
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Maintain equipment to minimize breakdowns and downtime
* Maintain building and services to insurer standards
* Balance maintenance supply and demand effectively
* Organize maintenance activities efficiently
* Monitor facilities and staff, report on KPIs
* Manage maintenance-related expenditures
* Maintain utilities & HVAC systems, monitor energy consumption
* Support lifecycle, asset, and risk management of utilities and facilities equipment
* Manage investment projects for utilities, facilities, and automation
* Ensure calibration of critical production equipment
* Support CAPEX plans as needed

* Electrical engineering qualifications or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in a production environment
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and maintenance techniques
