Overview
We are a well respected builders supplies company with a network of branches, supplying a range of building products to the construction sector. This role is crucial to our busy depot and involves sales, customer service, stock control and enquiry handling.
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers over phone, email and face to face
* Ask questions, gain project insights, take quotation enquiries
* Develop rapport and upsell where possible
* Think on feet and demonstrate sound industry knowledge
* Handle stock control and deal with enquiries
Qualifications
* Experience in builders merchants or construction supplies industry
* Sales experience with a strong work ethic
* Enthusiastic and experienced
