About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 08:30 To oversee and manage the cleaning operations at Bramley Moore Dock Stadium, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role will be required to work Everton FC home match days at the stadium. Your main responsibilities will include: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met. Train and mentor new cleaning staff Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used correctly Address or escalate any issues or complaints related to cleaning services. Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines Input to reports on cleaning activities and colleague performance. Lead cleaning tasks as needed, especially during peak times or special events and match days.
