Home Manager Childrens Residential Homes
Salary:£34,986 per year (£16.82/hr)
Location:West Berkshire

The role:
* Lead and support staff teams across the home
* Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
* Deputise for the Registered Manager, includingOfsted inspections
* Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
* Build strong relationships with families and professionals
* Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership
About you:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership(or working towards)
* Experience inchildrens residential care
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Knowledge ofchild development & learning disabilities
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
