Banking Oversight Analyst

About the role:
In this role, you will partner with outsourced banking providers to deliver solutions that benefit Aviva Investors and our investors. You will be responsible for assessing risks, investigating and understanding any potential risks to the business, and deciding where a risk can be accepted or where there is no appetite for it. You will prioritize deadlines by making decisions for your team's work and that of suppliers, ensuring that high-priority tasks are completed. Additionally, you will manage and oversee key supplier relationships, proactively engage with new suppliers when needed, and ensure appropriate support levels. Your strategic thinking will contribute to the overall team strategy.
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a preference for experience dealing with suppliers
* Drive, enthusiasm, personal initiative, and strong organizational skills
* Successful influencing and relationship management skills
* Relevant investment-related qualifications (preferred)
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and adapt to meet deadlines for multiple deliverables
