Role Description
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and keen to learn. You’ll play an important part in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the business, with a focus on costings and yield tracking.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting admin processes across the business
* Learning and managing product costings and yield calculations
* Working with Excel and internal systems to track data accurately
* Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* Potential to support basic marketing activities over time
What we’re looking for:
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (essential)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Confident, proactive and keen to learn
* Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Full‑time, on‑site role
* Early start (7am) required
* Must be based locally to Grimsby / North East Lincolnshire
