The successful applicant will support all aspects of weddings, private events, and business meetings. Working closely with the Meetings & Events Team, this hands-on role covers everything from room setup to event delivery and team supervision. As Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager, you'll ensure high service standards and may occasionally assist in other Food & Beverage outlets, so flexibility is essential.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. Experience in conference & banqueting or F&B is essential, with 1–2 years in an operational conference department preferred. If you already have supervisory experience, great — but this could also be the perfect step up into your first junior management role.
You will be joining the Coppid Beech at an exciting time as we continue with our multi-million-pound refurbishment.
