EveryMatrix is seeking a strategic and client-focused Product Manager to drive our AI and automation initiatives within the iGaming space. This role is about finding and implementing the right solutions for our clients, integrating best-in-class products, and ensuring they deliver measurable impact. You will act as a key enabler for clients, helping them solve operational challenges through intelligent automation and AI-driven tools—whether by integrating third-party solutions or optimizing existing ones.
You will own the process of selecting, integrating, and continuously improving solutions, while influencing our internal AI roadmap to align with client needs. This is a unique opportunity to combine product expertise, project management, and strategic thinking to deliver scalable solutions that enhance trust, efficiency, and user experience across global operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and implement AI and automation solutions that address client pain points, leveraging third-party products or internal capabilities.
* Manage integration projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, enabling them to adopt and maximize the value of AI-driven tools.
* Influence the internal AI roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units and product areas to scope and deliver initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement of integrated solutions through performance analysis and client feedback.
* Stay informed on AI trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to iGaming.
What you need to know:
* 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in iGaming or a similarly regulated, high-scale environment.
* Proven ability to deliver complex integration projects, including vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
* Strong understanding of iGaming operations, including casino, sports betting, payments, KYC, promotions, and dispute resolution.
* Experience with AI and automation solutions—either implementing or managing them strategically.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
* Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
