Qualifications
* The candidate is required to hold an NC/HNC or an equivalent qualification / experience in relatable discipline subject.
* Apprenticeship in relevant discipline or relevant industry experience
Essential skills
* Experience of the following key technical knowledge areas:Mechanical DesignStructural DesignPiping
* Familiarity with shipbuilding/ship repair terminology and practices.
* Be proficient in the use of one or more parametric/spec driven CAD system both in a 3D & 2D environment.
