You will be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring customers are the heart of everything we do. Your role will involve a mix of customer service, stocking, order picking, and deliveries, keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Deliver genuine, friendly customer service at the till and in the store.
* Pick orders, stock shelves, and manage inventory visibility.
* Carry out deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely service.
* Maintain store appearance, safety standards, and product knowledge.
* Support daily operations and contribute to achieving store targets.
