Summary
NHS Lanarkshire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team who would relish the opportunities and challenges of delivering high quality care across Lanarkshire in acute paediatrics, implementing a PDSA cycle for clinical service change. The post holder will work across acute paediatrics and be critical in a PDSA cycle for the winter restructure of the service. We see this as an opportunity to further develop paediatric services and to continue to develop as a centre of excellence in secondary paediatric care.
Schedule & Duties
* Full time post; core 10 PA working week based on 9 PA Direct Clinical Care (DCC) duties and 1 PA of SPA time.
* Commitment to 1 weekend per month on call.
* Additional SPA time can be proposed for individuals with well‑developed ideas for improving services (quality improvement, patient safety including human factors training, medical education, research & development, acting as an appraiser, etc.).
