As we continue to evolve and grow, we are looking for a commercially minded Group Financial Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Financial Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor the Finance Manager and manage the Finance Assistant, fostering a high-performing and supportive
●
Consolidated Reporting:
Lead the timely and accurate consolidation of monthly financial results for our nine entities.
●
Statutory Accounts Management:
Manage the annual process, acting as the primary point of contact for external accountants and ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided efficiently
●
Board Pack Preparation:
Reviewing management information and preparing a detailed consolidated and individual company monthly board pack for review by the CFO
●
Budgeting and forecasting –
preparation of subsidiary and group budgets and rolling forecasts and providing insights on business performance
●
Cash flow forecasting –
weekly cash flow forecasts for all entities to aid better cash management
●
HMRC Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT for all registered entities and other required reports, maintaining full compliance with tax regulations
●
Process Improvements:
Review current processes and implement improved practices. Optimising the newly implemented accounting and project management systems
Who We Are Looking For:

Qualified Accountant:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or professional services environment

Exceptional Communication:
Proven ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, from senior management to non-finance colleagues
●
Analytical Acumen:
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting and analysis
●
Strategic Problem-Solver:
A proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing effective, strategic solutions to financial and operational issues.

The Package:
● Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
