Job Requirements for this tutoring role in Northamptonshire:
* Work involves home settings, including family homes or residential settings for LAC
* Work 1:1 with students from diverse backgrounds and with different needs; ages range from Key Stage 1 to further education, depending on your expertise
* Developing personalised learning strategies for students outside mainstream education
* Supporting young people's re-engagement in education
* Creative and versatile teaching style
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS/PGCE), Subject Specialism, or extensive tuition experience supporting English, Maths, and/or Science
* Experience and understanding of working with children/young people with SEN/SEMH
* Experience working with disengaged young people or looked after children
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
