The Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest bedrooms and public areas.
* Ensuring comprehensive induction and ongoing training for staff.
* Training and motivating the housekeeping team.
* Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Conducting regular performance reviews and identifying training needs.
* Managing customer requests and complaints.
The Person
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous supervisory experience (desirable).
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to coach and motivate.
Flexibility to work weekends, excellent time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
