The Role
We're looking for a mid-level Marketing Ops / RevOps Specialist who sees the bigger picture of how marketing and sales work together. You're not just an automation builder - you're a strategic thinker who understands how data flows through an organization and how to make it work harder.
You'll be the person who transforms chaotic spreadsheets into clean CRM schema, who spots inefficiencies others miss, and who builds systems that scale.
Whether it's designing attribution models, implementing lead scoring, or creating reporting frameworks that actually make sense - you make revenue operations run smoothly.
You'll spend about 75% of your time working directly with our clients as their trusted technical consultant, and 25% helping us build cool stuff internally. This is a part-time contract role (80-100 hours/month) - ideal if you want meaningful work with schedule flexibility.

Here's the breakdown of what we're looking for:
What You'll Actually Do
* Design and implement workflow automations that make marketers' lives easier
* Build and maintain marketing campaigns in HubSpot with all the bells and whistles
* Create forms, CTAs, emails, and landing pages that actually convert with the help of our developers
* Design custom reports and dashboards that tell the real story behind the data
* Implement complex property logic (calculations, rollups, the fun stuff)
* Keep CRM data clean and organized (because messy data = messy results)
* Work directly with clients to understand their processes and recommend improvements
You're a Great Fit If You Have
* Strong HubSpot experience beyond basic usage - you know the platform well
* Ability to think in flowcharts and translate business logic into automations
* Experience with data management and maintaining CRM hygiene
* Understanding of marketing metrics and how to track them effectively
* Communication skills to work directly with client teams
* Bonus: SQL knowledge for advanced data operations
* Bonus: Experience with other marketing tools and integrations
