We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine at St Bartholomew's Hospital. We are a successful IVF unit based in the heart of London, providing an extensive range of assisted conception treatments including IVF and donor gamete treatments.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in supporting the multidisciplinary team in caring for couples undergoing fertility investigations and treatments. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties. The clinical aspect includes assisting in the IVF theatre, procedure room and recovery area as well as chaperoning, assisting with running outpatient clinics and general housekeeping. You will also work closely with the Registered Nurses and administrative team to help manage patient communications, ensuring a high level of access to nursing support for our patients. You will therefore need to demonstrate effective customer care and organizational skills as well as basic IT competence.

You will need two years clinical experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Health (or equivalent) and be willing to undergo further training in this area. You will also need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to provide a high standard of patient centred care. Preference will be given to female candidates due to the sensitivity of the work being undertaken.
