Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller for a short-term assignment based in Wembley. This is a 2-week contract, ideal for someone available immediately with strong experience using Procore.
Key Responsibilities

Managing all project documentation using Procore
*
Uploading, tracking, and maintaining document control systems
*
Ensuring all drawings, RFIs, and technical documents are up to date and correctly distributed
*
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
*
Maintaining document registers and version control
*
Supporting the project team with administrative and document-related tasks
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction
*
Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential)
*
Experience working on-site with a main contractor or developer
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
