Job Description
3. Preparation and review of financial statements.
4. Completion of tax returns and VAT returns.
5. Liaising with clients to provide financial information and advice.
6. Working closely with junior team members, providing support and guidance.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
8. Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
9. Assisting with internal audits and risk assessments.
10. Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or QBE equivalent).
12. Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
13. A good working knowledge of IRIS Accountancy Suite, Xero, SAGE 50, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office is preferable.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
16. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
