Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with my client, a large food processing company based in Duncrue, Belfast who are seeking a Forklift Driver/Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis
Rate of Pay: £
Hours are below fixed hours (rotational weekly) but some flexibility will be required:
14:00 - 22:30 - Mon- Fri
16:00 - 12:30am - Mon-Fri

Essential Criteria
5. Must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence
6. Forklift experience
7. Previously worked within a production environment
8. Available for shifts
Job Duties
9. Machinery and equipment safety checks as necessary
10. To carry out forklift duties (Counterbalance)
11. To use a rotator on counterbalance forklift as required
12. If required be willing to undertake Reach Truck, electric pallet truck and pallet stacker training as required
13. Ensuring department's safety and hygiene
14. Maintaining appropriate records for department
15. To fulfil daily production requirements as instructed by the Line Leader/ Production Management Team
16. Liaise with the different department as necessary.
17. Responsible to keeping downtime and waste to a minimum.
18. Willingness to learn and flexible.
19. Engage in the ethos of continuous improvement.
20. Engage in ensuring compliance with relevant sections of BRC & Customer food quality standards to ensure compliance.
21. Work with Line Leader/ Production Management Team to meet the department goals your agreed KPI's
