About This Role
Only About Children Cheltenham is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team in a permanent full-time role. You\'ll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Our Cheltenham campus is designed with natural elements, spacious rooms, and dedicated outdoor areas for each age group—providing the perfect environment for play-based learning and meaningful connections.

As a Room Leader, you\'ll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.
We are proud to share that our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved. What We're Looking For
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
* Previous experience leading or supporting a Nursery Room
* A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
* A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
* A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
