What you’ll be doing
1. Lead strategic partnerships by managing a portfolio of software suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with our business objectives.
2. Identify opportunities that enhance customer outcomes, deliver savings, and support our digital transformation.
3. Drive partner engagement by holding suppliers accountable, resolving issues, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
4. Collaborate across teams to ensure services meet contractual commitments and performance standards, while enabling continuous improvement.
5. Use data-driven insights to analyse and report performance, inform decision-making, and optimise partnership outcomes.
6. Oversee the full contract lifecycle including variations, pricing, and change management to ensure services remain fit-for-purpose and cost-effective.

7. Commercial and contractual expertise: Strong understanding of vendor performance metrics, process compliance, and delivering return on investment through strategic partnerships.
8. Stakeholder management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders—including executive-level leaders—to drive commercial outcomes and long-term value.
9. Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated success in navigating complex organisational structures and aligning multiple business units around shared goals.
10. Influential communication: Track record of inspiring and engaging senior leaders and external partners with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
