? Location: UK, fully remote
* Lead and mentor a team of Engineers in an agile environment
* Architect and build robust, scalable features in a growing Flutter codebase
* Drive the integration of new AI-powered features into the platform
* Own technical decisions and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams
* Optimise booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
* Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and reviews
* Contribute hands-on to critical development efforts - this is a lead-from-the-front role
What you’ll bring
* Strong commercial experience with mobile development
* Proven experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
* Strong understanding of Flutter app architecture, state management, and scalable design
* Comfortable building apps with complex user flows
* Comfortable with CI/CD, performance monitoring, and deployment best practices
