We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join the current team, providing leadership, assurance, and support across a range of rail projects. In this role, you will take responsibility for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with statutory, industry, and company requirements, and leading a team of Health & Safety Advisors to deliver high standards across all operational activities. You will be the key point of contact for safety matters within your business area, liaising with management, operational teams, contractors, and clients to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
