The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and client-focused Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of personal and commercial litigation matters (excluding property disputes, which are handled by a separate team). You’ll be part of a collaborative and experienced litigation department, with access to dedicated support, ongoing training, and clear career progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a variety of disputes and claims
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and applying the SRA Code of Conduct
* Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution
* Strong understanding of litigation processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Client-focused with the ability to build trust and confidence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team
