Your Role:
As the Plant Area Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the indoor and outdoor plant departments. You'll manage stock levels, uphold high standards of plant care and visual merchandising, and support your team in delivering excellent customer service. You'll also work closely with the centre management team to maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring retail environment.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge & passion for a wide variety of plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, indoor plants).
Supervisory or department manager experience in a retail and/or horticultural setting.
Good commercial awareness, able to spot trends and maximise sales opportunities.
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
