This role will support both the CEO and Technical Director, ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities, business operations and stakeholder communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting strategic projects and business initiatives.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and executive schedules for senior leadership.</li><li>Act as a key liaison for customers, suppliers and international stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation, while tracking actions and supporting strategic projects.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency through business support, cross-department coordination, KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator, with expertise in diary, travel and stakeholder management.</li><li>Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li><li>Interest in AI-driven efficiencies and the agricultural sector; experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical industries is advantageous.</li><li>Opportunities to work closely with senior leadership in a growing business.</li><li>Exposure to international markets and operations.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to operational improvements and business growth.</li><li>Potential for some home working flexibility once fully established in the role.</li></ul><h3>Note on Sponsorship</h3><p>We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
