What is the job role?
We are looking for registered and experienced social workers to work in Adult Social Care.
We have vacancies in our Adult Social Care Case Management Service, where we work with adults with a range of care and support needs, including younger adults with physical disabilities and older age adults. It is a varied and exciting role within a fast-paced, vibrant team of social workers and community case workers.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
You will need to have a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and Social Work England registration.
We are looking for staff with a range of experience. We need people with good knowledge of social work practice and legislation, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. They should have a good understanding of personalisation, strength-based practice and excellent assessment and analysis skills.
