Job Title: Operations Manager

Your Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee workshop, stores, and installation activities to ensure efficiency and success. Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing workshop and stores operations
2. Coordinating and scheduling projects
3. Managing projects from order to installation and handover
4. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
5. Onboarding and training new staff, including probation processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in production management or scheduling
* Strong decision-making, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and drive continuous improvement
* Full, clean driving licence
* Preference for candidates with joinery or construction experience
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Understanding of safety, quality, and operational excellence
Benefits:
The company offers a negotiable salary based on experience, along with a supportive work environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
