Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for a Lead Business Administrator. This permanent role is based UK‑wide and hybrid working will be supported.
Responsibilities
* Lead configuration, governance, and optimisation of ProjectWise environments
* Provide technical oversight of workflows, standards, and information management across multiple projects
* Implement sector‑specific information management requirements and ensure ISO 19650 compliance
* Support project delivery teams with system integration, data exchange, and BAU operations
* Drive process improvements and enhance digital workflows within project and IM teams
* Deliver training and guidance to build information‑management capability
* Act as a key stakeholder interface in meetings, workshops, and project coordination
* Maintain clear documentation, guidance, and structured configuration records
* Enable efficient, high‑quality delivery through effective use of digital and information‑management tools
