The Role You will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on either a 1:1 basis or within the classroom as general support. No two days are the same, but your core role will include: Providing emotional, behavioural and learning support Helping children access the curriculum in a way that suits them Encouraging independence and building confidence Working closely with teachers and SEND teams Creating a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment What We're Looking For You don't need teaching qualifications-just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
