Southampton City Council is seeking ASC Practice Leads to join the Innovation, Quality, Performance, and Practice Development team. This role influences practice and supports the delivery of best outcomes for the community.
As an ASC Practice Lead, you will provide leadership across Adult Social Care, develop training, and improve practice quality with a focus on what matters most to the community.
Significant experience in Adult Social Care is required along with a registered Social Work or Occupational Therapist qualification. The salary band is £47,181 - £51,357 per annum (pro rata).
