The Opportunity
An award-winning, integrated brand communications agency is looking for a 3D Designer to join its studio team. With over 25 years’ experience creating impactful live and experiential marketing campaigns, the agency designs and delivers exhibition stands, events, environments, and digital content for UK and international clients.
This role is ideal for a designer with one or two roles post-university with a strong graphic design foundation and a growing passion for 3D. It offers the chance to work on exciting real-world projects while developing skills across multiple disciplines.
The Role
The 3D Designer will support the creation of exhibition stand designs and live event environments, working on both concept pitches and brief-led client projects. The role sits within a collaborative studio environment and focuses primarily on 3D design, while encouraging growth into areas such as animation, film, and digital design.
This is a role for a versatile, curious designer, not a single-discipline specialist, who wants to expand their creative toolkit over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and visualise exhibition stands and live event environments
* Produce high-quality 3D visuals using Cinema 4D
* Create supporting 2D assets using the Adobe Creative Suite
* Work on both conceptual pitch work and detailed client briefs
* Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and event specialists
* Refine designs in response to feedback
About You
* Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related discipline
* Post-university commercial experience over one to two years
* Strong graphic design fundamentals with developing 3D skills
* Working knowledge of Cinema 4D
* Confident using Adobe Creative Suite
* A portfolio showing relevant 3D or spatial design work
* Happy working primarily on-site as part of a studio team
Nice to Have
* Interest or experience in 3D animation or film/CG work
* Web design or build knowledge, especially:
* WordPress
* DIVI visual builder
* Basic HTML/CSS
Salary
* Indicative range: £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience and skillset
* Higher end considered for candidates offering additional animation, film, or web build capability
